4010 Pin Top Newel - 3" square. This is a 3" Colonial pin top newel post with a 3/4" pin. This stair post is designed for an over-the-post system which uses handrail fittings. This newel profile is often referred to as a "Colonial" pin-top newel post. We have complementary balusters which look great with this newel. This type of wood newel is also available with flutes (4010-F), or reeded (4010-R).
Available in 5 different sizes - 43", 48", 60" and 72". Available in Red Oak, Soft Maple, American Cherry, Brazilian Cherry (Jatoba), White Oak, Beech, Poplar, Hickory, Mahogany, Walnut, Birch, Monterrey Pine, Ash and Hard Maple.
