3340 Fluted Ball Top Newel - 3 1/2" square. (Also known as a Utah style 5548 newel). This is a 3 1/2" Fluted Ball Top newel post with a 5" face. We have pin top and square top 1-3/4" balusters (see 2115 and 2105) which complement this style of newel post. This type of wood newel is also available for purchase on-line without flutes (see 3340) or reeded (3340-R) or with an Acorn-Top. NOTE: 60" version of newel post shown in picture.
