Starting Steps

The appropriate starting step is the foundation of your balustrade system. The starting step set the tone. It is the first think you experience as you ascend your staircase, and the last thing you touch as you descend. Our standard product offering covers every condition: from a simple upgrade quarter circle applied to an economy box set of stairs to a full 8-7/8" radius, projecting 10-5/8" for the baronial estate home. All of our starting steps are available as left hand, right hand or double bull noses. The fully fabricated product is shipped in a corrugated carton as a complete package with all cove and shoe moulding included. Starter steps normally take about 12 business days to produce.
