How do I get a quote?

Simply email shawn@stairwarehouse 3 pieces of information.

  1. The picture of the railing you like from our photo gallery
  2. A picture of your existing railing
  3. The lengths of each of your existing handrails. For example, if you have 7 steps walking up to the landing and 7 more steps up to the top of the second floor, you will have 2 – 7 foot pieces of existing handrail

Quick quotes are provided upon request but most quotes are emailed back within 48 hours.

When will my order ship and deliver?

Most of our products are in stock and ready for immediate shipment of approximately 2-3 days. You can check the product to see if it is a stock item or not. Transit time to you depends on your location. Transit time is anywhere from 1-4 days. Out of stock items usually ship in 10 business days. Transit time is the same.

Why am I getting 2 shipments?

In an effort to keep your prices low, we ship from Texas and Ohio. Once your product ships, we will email you the tracking information for that individual shipment

How do I know if a product is in stock?

Click on the green link labeled (When will it ship) above the (Red Add to Cart Box) You will see a general list of stock items.

Are your products Finished or Un-Finished?

All our iron balusters and horizontal Round bars are finished with a strong powder coated finish in all the Designer colors. All of the stainless steel comes with a beautiful brushed finish. All of the wood products, unless primed comes un-finished. In our opinion, it is best to install the wood stair parts in an unfinished form as you will most likely need to trim the products to fit.

Why do I not see my shipping cost at check out for items over 7 feet?

With COVID 19, our freight companies charge an additional fee for products over 7 feet in length. This is the only shipping fee we pass along to our customers. We don’t show this fee at check out because we want to manually run it through the system to give you the very best rate. We will email you immediately after your order is placed with the extra fee and you can cancel your order immediately for a Full Refund.

What is your Return / Refund Policy

30 Day Return Policy for Stock Items Only with a valid Return authorization. 10% Re-Stock Fee.

Can I pick up my order in Houston?

Yes, if the product is available for pick-up. Simply call us to set up a pick-up time that works for you and we will do our best to accommodate you.
