Ok,I don't know how to say this so I'll just say it... Dude or dudette ( Lainie is a cool name but I don't know how to address you), you are the best in customer service. The picture you sent will allow me to show the lovely Mrs. Deacon what we are trying to do. Personally, I think I'm stayin with the side mounted bars. I'll look on your website to check the pivot and wall flange and then after I do my mock up this weekend we are going to pull the trigger on this deal. Having the option of attaching to the "back" of the newel is also some thing I want to run my the little Mrs.

Shawn, Look, I'm an old dude (58) I have been in countless situations on both ends. Are there times you satisfy the customer and then pray they never call back?? Hell yes. But from where I am sitting Lainie's service to me, the access to your website and parts makes this long distance order go smoothly. Too many times you order something from across the country, open the box and go... uh oh. I do not expect this to happen with my order.
