The picture you sent will allow me to show the lovely Mrs. Deacon what we are trying to do. Personally, I think I'm stayin with the side mounted bars. I'll look on your website to check the pivot and wall flange and then after I do my mock up this weekend we are going to pull the trigger on this deal. Having the option of attaching to the "back" of the newel is also some thing I want to run my the little Mrs.

Shawn, Look, I'm an old dude (58) I have been in countless situations on both ends. Are there times you satisfy the customer and then pray they never call back?? Hell yes. But from where I am sitting Lainie's service to me, the access to your website and parts makes this long distance order go smoothly.
